Book Genre: Erotic Romance, Fantasy Romance

Blurb:  What would happen to a fairy without wings?

Thame is a warrior, a golden fairy who is loyal to the King and new Queen. They are on the verge of war with the Trolls. It's an ongoing battle that he fought with success...until now. The enemy captures him, cuts off his wings and strands him on the remote Aran Islands. His escape is a miracle, but the night is still young.

Breena never expects to find a half-naked man with a mutilated back in her home. Now she finds herself in the middle of a war she didn't even know existed on top of discovering she's only part human.

Can Breena heal Thame's ravaged heart?

Be Warned: anal sex, masturbation

Review:

This is actually my first fairy erotica. There were several things going on in this story, several small plots; some of the things I think could have been used for another book. The main characters were human woman Breena and Thame, a beautiful male fairy who is rescued by Breena.

Thame has strange wounds to his back, which is basically the reason the book is entitled "The Ravaged Fairy." His wings have been cut off of him and when Breena stumbles upon him, she has to heal him. Thame is a warrior of the fairies and so not having the use of his wings makes him feel week and unable to protect his King and new Queen who is human.

The world building was beautiful. I could imagine the fairies, I could see Ireland and I could definitely see the hidden world of the fairy Kingdom. I thought that Anna Keraleigh did a beautiful job in making one feel as if they could see every little blade of grass, flowers, clouds within her world. It was exceptionally done.

The only issue I had with this story was that there were too many little sub plots going on, which caused me at one point to have to go back and reread something because I thought I had missed something. Another thing, with this being an erotica romance, the sexual tension was really, really high and when she did get around to the characters touching one another, she described those scenes very well. But there were a few times, I was right there ready for the climax (yes, pardon the pun) and then felt a bit left out of it.

But within the pages the redeeming qualities would have to be the fact that there were a few scenes that made me laugh and endeared the myriad of characters that graced its pages to me. I am hoping that the author will write a sequel, so that some of the loose ends (the smaller plots I spoke of) will be addressed.

One thing I will suggest is that before you read this one, you should read the first book of the series called "Fairy Flavor." I didn't, and I am sure if I had, a lot of questions would have been answered within those pages.

THE RAVAGED FAIRY gets 3 stars from me for creativity in world building, sexual tension and the laughter.

Blurb:  Kari thinks a weight loss spell in an old book is worth a try. Unfortunately, while it does make her thin, the spell is a trick that unleashes a centuries old famine demon.

Fallen Guardian Angel Rahmiel once defeated the famine demon and was bound to it so he could fight it if it ever descended to the earth again. But there is the little problem of his imprisonment in ice.  While the demons reappearance gets him back to Earth,  what he needs to stay out of prison is a bonding ceremony with a human woman--like Kari.

Review:

Wow. I have to say that this book gives a whole new meaning to the mile high club. Sex on the edge and in the arms of an angel no less. The main characters are the hero Rahmiel and the heroine Kari.

Rahmiel is an angel that was imprisoned in ice for 8000 years and Kari is a human female who was overweight and manages to get a hold of a spell that is supposed to make her thin. I don't want to give away too much of the story but in performing the spell Kari does become thin but she manages to also summon a powerful demon and free Rahmiel from his ice prison.

Enter Hero, stage left. Rahmiel is sexy as sin (if that is even possible for a Angel, and in this case, it is). Rahmiel comes into the picture as her savior and in doing so he is also freed from his prison of ice. The sexual tension between the two is high and rises even higher as the book goes along, setting up a great tease and please. The characters in and of themselves are likable and together they become loveable and you want to see the relationship they have developed to succeed. I do feel though that the book could have been a bit spicier, though I am thinking perhaps that was part of the plan for the author to keep you wanting more.

The world building was wonderful, because I feel that the author spared no detail so basically you could actually see that world. The dialogue in the book flowed easily and made for a light read that didn't get you all bogged down in different terminology. It also begs the question, will there be a sequel? The author had enough background things happening to make you want to continue reading.

The only issue I think I had with the book was the whole take on Kari having lost the weight and struggling with eating. Perhaps that's because it's my own issues with that subject coming. But that makes Kari more real than fantasy, right? As well as making it easier to relate to her.

All in all, I give the book 3 stars for its originality, issues and spice.

Love quote by Thomas Kempis

Love feels no burden,
thinks nothing of trouble,
attempts what is above its strength,
pleads no excuse of impossibility...
It is therefore able to undertake all things,
and it completes many things,
and warrants them to take effect,
where he who does not love would faint and lie down.
Love is watchful and sleeping, slumbereth not.
Though weary, it is not tired;
though pressed, it is not straightened;
though alarmed, it is not confounded...

Book 4 of Lone Star Lovers
Book Genre: BDSM, Erotic Romance, Ménage or more, Western Romance

Blurb:  One for remembrance…one for healing…and one to seal her heart forever.

Lone Star Lovers, Book 4

Chrissi Page has tried to find one man who heats her bed the way the Kinzie brothers did one shameful night years ago. She's failed miserably, leaving her with no choice but to bank that inner fire—and keep a lid on her inner bad girl.

She'd been weak, unable to choose between three men who appealed to her in different ways. And when they'd confronted her as a tease, anger had boiled over into a passion so wild, she's still trying to live it down.

Since that night, Ezra, Cade and Joshua have individually sown their wild oats with pretty much the entire available female population of Two Mule, Texas. Yet nothing erases the attraction they still feel for Chrissi. And when she ends up stranded on the road near their ranch, it's their last chance to turn their mutual obsession into an unusual proposition.

One weekend, three on one. If she can't stand the heat, they'll let her go on with her life. And try to find a way to live with the hole she'll leave behind in theirs.

Warning: A girl who thinks she can't have it all, and three brothers who set out to prove otherwise. One on one, two on one, and three on one; bondage in the wild; a bit of riding crop action. And a pickup truck load of emotion.

Review:

Who doesn't love a cowboy? Who says a woman can't have her cake and eat it too? Put into the mix three sexy brothers who happen to be cowboys and who are hot for one lucky female? You have a sexual, erotic masterpiece!

Three times to be exact. Chrissi is one lucky girl to find what she needs in the form of Ezra, Cade and Joshua Kinzie. The chemistry between all of the characters is so palpable one feels like they can touch it. Hell, taste it.

Hot and sizzling from the beginning, the book is not one that you readily put down for anything. You want to keep reading it until you're finished. The pace is fast so you don't get bored, in fact you only wish there was more to it, that the story would continue.

Delilah Devlin has become one of my favorite authors in a short period of time. She breathes life into characters that you want to be and that you fall in love with. No matter that it is a ménage. That just means there are three sexy men to fall in love with. Each will have their own special place in your heart. This story gives you a taste of taboo and love all mixed together in the forms of the sexy as sin Kinzie brothers.

After reading this I found myself wishing I was Chrissi and you will too.

Five stars for cowboys, ménage and erotica!

And Holly Makes Three

Title:  And  Holly Makes Three
Author: Erica Sloane
Review Rating: 5 Stars

Publisher: Erica Sloane (Amazon Kindle)
Release Date: May 2011

Book Genre: Contemporary Romance, Erotic Romance, Ménage or more

Blurb:  Kate has a special surprise for Jeremy's birthday/Christmas present, and her longtime friend Holly is just the person to help her deliver the gift.

This 7,000+ word novelette contains explicit depictions of sexual situations, and is intended for adults only.

Review:

This is my first book by Erica Sloane and I would have to say for a book as short as this is, I thoroughly enjoyed it and became invested in the characters.

Kate's husband Jeremy is a military man who is about to go on another tour in Iraq and with Christmas and his birthday right before he has to ship off, she wants to give him the best gift she could possibly give him.

I think the way it was done was rather sweet yet spicy. By the title you can tell that what she has chosen to give him is a Ménage à trois. Seriously what more could a man want than two hot females—one whom he loves and is graciously, selflessly giving him what every man dreams about (well, straight males that is).

It is a short read filled with f/f/m and f/m/f action and turns out to be one hot little read.

I give it 5 stars for eroticism, sweetness, sexiness and playfulness.

Book 3 of Star Brides
Book Genre: Erotic Romance, Romantic Science Fiction/Futuristic

Blurb:  Six months after the mass human-Terilian weddings of One Thousand Brides and Bride Reborn, Earth woman Janis Stone is consumed with lust for her alien husband Delos. A public exhibition of sex in zero gravity leaves her craving more of his exciting lovemaking. Janis’ attempted seduction of Delos during a holiday sexual “fast” makes him promise retribution. Payback comes when Janis awakens tied to the bed, about to be pleasured by Delos’ skillful fingers, tongue and cock.

After a steamy encounter, the couple exchange gifts obtained at personal sacrifice. But their greatest gift for each other is love.

Review:
I was captivated from the very beginning with the love that the two main characters felt for each other as well as the sexual tension. This short little read kept me riveted and wanting to read more. In fact I do plan to get the others in this series. BRIDE'S HOLIDAY GIFT is basically like the sequel to both books in the Star Brides series (One Thousand Brides and Bride Reborn by Solange Ayre).

Delos is a Terilian Alien and Janis is his human wife (which are known as Earthians). I wasn't sure if I would like this little short at first because of the whole alien aspect but this author made it work.

Delos was a lovable yet strong male with an equally strong and loving female by his side in the form of rubenesque Janis. I really felt that the emotional aspect of this story was done really well. I felt the desire, the love, the heat, the tension and the sexiness that the characters exhibited. I feel the reader can really relate to Janis because she is real. By real, I mean most woman are not comfortable with their bodies in some way. Janis wasn't comfortable with herself before Delos, but his love for her, helped her to be happy with who she was mentally, physically and sexually.

The pace of the story is fast, which works in this case because there is nothing worse than a short story that drags. I was immediately immersed and invested in the love story of Delos and Janis and quite willing to go along with them on this journey. The setting takes place on the Terilian space ship after all the Earth woman had been taken (kidnapped) from Earth. Even with this past conflict of the earth women having been kidnapped, the love that the women felt for the alien males was sweet and the sexual need was powerful and descriptive.

This is a must read and I think can honestly be read alone. But in reading it, I think you will wish to read the others from the beginning of the series just as I do.

I give this book 5 stars. Five stars for the eroticism, smoothness of plot and developed characters and world building.

Review:
Again...she has done it. By she, I mean Lora Leigh. Each time I read one of her books from the Bound Heart Series, I think it can't get any better than the last one. And each time I have been wrong.

Lora Leigh has managed to weave a perfect fantasy that makes a woman really wish it was her reality.

I loved the characters in this book even better than the other books.

Ian Sinclair is the ultimate Alpha male who found his match in a woman who has loved him since she was a child. (Yes at first I was a bit iffy about that and yes, weirded out, but believe me, I got over that really quick). She is his temptation and he is her hunger.

Courtney makes you love her and love the fact that she loves Ian with all her heart unconditionally. She is a female who's even younger than the heroines in the last book(s), but she knew what she wanted and how she wanted. And she wanted Ian with a fierceness that jumped from the pages, pulled you in and made you cheer for her. Heck, it made you want to be her and in her place.

It was nice to see the women from the other books meet up in this one and conspire with one another to try and help Courtney with Ian. I loved it. I recommend this book to all who want a story filled with passion, innocence and love!

The hot love scenes are erotic and make you tremble! I just have to say I am hoping upon hope that she will also do a story for Prince Khalid. Oh my, my , my...I so want to see him in his own story. Sex appeal is at its highest in this book.

I most definitely will read this book again. It was wonderful. Now I must say the books in this series can be stand alone. But if you're like me, you will love to start at the beginning and go through each book to get the background...and believe me these books are rich in background.

I urge any and all who love menage, BDSM and D/s relationships to read this series. You won't be disappointed.

I give this book: 5 Stars.

5 stars for hotness, erotic content, passion, pain, love, need...all of it 5 stars
